Spinach Kratom Smoothie Recipe

Kratom is already green and very beneficial. How about adding some more green superfoods to make it even more potent? Why not, right? Well a big additional benefit would be Spinach or Kale. 
Green smoothies have gained much popularity in recent years due to their high nutrient content. Especially when it comes to greens. Smoothies contain 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables in a glass or two. This makes it easier for us to intake more vitamins and minerals. For additional benefits you can put a tablespoon full of MCT oil. 
Smoothies can also be a healthy meal or snack option.

  • your daily dose of kratom powder,
  • 2 cups of baby spinach and/or kale,
  • 2 ripe frozen bananas, cut into slices
  • 1 cup pineapple,
  • 1 cup mango,
  • ½ lemon or lime juice,
  • 1 fresh ginger
  • Ice cubes

You can swap water for pineapple juice if you prefer that. You can also easily vary the ingredients by replacing them with any other fruit or vegetable of your choice. However, many advise against adding coconut water. It tastes good on its own and is very nutritious and rich in electrolytes, but may have a peculiar taste mixed together with kratom.
